If you are not familiar with table windows, please read Working with table windows first.

 

The Support configuration window lets the admin configure settings that affect the Support module. This window has two columns - Support Config Name and Support Config Value. All the cells under Support Config Name are informational and all the cells under Support Config Value are editable. The following is a description of each row:

 

Days after which to automatically close answered tickets

The number of days after which to automatically move tickets in Answered status to Closed status. The edit mode for this field is a textbox.
